A man's car is hit by a stranger who kills him when he takes pictures of the damage for claiming car insurance. Jung Tae-suk is a cop, who goes through the crime scene and suspects it to be the work of a serial killer, but his senior does not believe him. Jang Dong-soo is a crime boss, while on his way home after a meeting. The same killer hits his car and eventually tries to kill him. A brutal fight ensues, leaving both of them injured. Finally, the killer escapes after knocking Dong-soo with his car. Dong-soo is admitted to the hospital, and his henchmen assume that the attack was committed by a rival gang, whom they counter-attack.
Budgeted at $9m, The Gangster, The Cop, The Devil is the second feature from Lee Won-tae following Man Of Will. It stars Don Lee as the gangster, Kim Moo-Yeol (Illang: The Wolf Brigade) as the cop and Kim Seong-gyu (The Outlaws) as the serial killer
The gangster drama and serial killer thriller join hands and chow down on steroids in the by-the-numbers but thoroughly enjoyable and gleefully violent Cannes midnight selection The Gangster, the Cop, the Devil. Burly Korean leading man and future MCU actor Ma Dong-seok (Train to Busan), who also goes by his American name Don Lee, is all brawn, quips and glares as the gangster of the title, while Kim Moo-yeol (Forgotten) and Kim Seong-gyu (Kingdom) share the spotlight as a thug-hating cop and a senseless killer (devil) they must team up to take down.
The Gangster, The Cop, The Devil never loses steam, nor does it pull its punches. It is a splendid exercise in what South Korean cinema has been doing for so much of the better part of twenty years (at least, since the rest of the world took serious notice anyways). Be impressed by the gangster, sheepishly shake your head at the cop, and stay to see if they catch up with the devil.
Jang, a non-conformist and cocky cop, realises there is a serial killer at large, randomly selecting his victims in the city. When one of those victims is Jung, a noted crime boss who manages to escape with his life, an unlikely coalition is formed to bring the perpetrator to justice, by fair means or foul. 59ce067264

U4GM - How to Make a Fallout 76 Caps Lottery System
In the vast post-apocalyptic world of Fallout 76, caps are the primary form of currency used for purchasing items, crafting materials, and trading with other players. Whether you're looking to build your own personal stash or seek rare gear, Fallout 76 caps are essential for progressing in the game. However, the game doesn’t include a built-in system for players to organize lotteries or giveaways using caps. If you're looking to create a Fallout 76 caps lottery system for your community, here’s a step-by-step guide to set one up and keep things fair, fun, and exciting for all participants.
1. Understand the Purpose of the Lottery
Before diving into the technical aspects, it's important to define the purpose of your Fallout 76 caps lottery system. A lottery can serve various purposes, from raising funds for a specific in-game project (like building a community vault or providing rare gear) to simply adding a fun and competitive element to your community. Understanding the end goal will help you structure the lottery accordingly.
If you want to have a lottery with Fallout 76 caps for sale, the goal might be to create a space where players can enter by spending caps for the chance to win unique prizes or rewards.
2. Decide on Entry Fees and Prize Pool
A crucial step in designing your lottery system is determining the entry fee and prize pool. Many Fallout 76 players will be familiar with the concept of paying an entry fee to enter a lottery for a chance at a larger prize. You’ll need to decide how much caps a player must contribute to enter the lottery, and what kind of rewards they can expect to win.
Entry Fee: Set a reasonable fee in Fallout 76 caps. For example, players might pay 1,000 caps to enter a lottery, which will contribute to the prize pool. Keep in mind that the amount should be attractive enough for players to participate but not so high that it feels like an unfair burden.
Prize Pool: The total prize pool should be a combination of in-game items and caps that players find valuable. A good way to incentivize players is to offer rare items, plans, or crafting materials that cannot be easily obtained. Some players might also be interested in Fallout 76 caps for sale, so offering a direct caps reward could make the lottery more enticing.
3. Set Up Rules and Structure
Clarity and transparency are key when creating any lottery system. Here are a few things you should make clear to participants:
Eligibility: Are there any requirements to enter? For example, you might require players to be a part of a specific faction or level to avoid giving an unfair advantage to certain participants.
Number of Winners: Decide how many winners you’ll have in each lottery. You could offer one grand prize, multiple smaller prizes, or a mix of both.
Draw Date: Set a deadline for entries. Make sure players know when the lottery will be drawn and stick to that schedule.
Winners' Notification: Once the lottery ends, communicate the results clearly. You could use an in-game message, a Discord server, or any other platform your community uses to announce the winners. Transparency in how winners are selected will help build trust among players.
4. Choose a Fair Method for Drawing Winners
The integrity of your Fallout 76 caps lottery system depends on how winners are selected. You want the process to be as fair as possible to maintain the trust of your community. Here are a few ways you can conduct the drawing:
Manual Drawing: One simple way to select a winner is by randomly drawing names from a list of participants. If you’re hosting the lottery in a small group, this could work well. Just make sure to keep track of all the participants’ caps and ensure they’ve all entered correctly.
Automated Lottery Tools: For larger communities, consider using a third-party lottery tool or a custom bot on platforms like Discord to manage entries and randomly select winners. These tools are often more efficient and offer greater transparency, as the randomness of the draw can be verified.
In-Game Draw: You could also perform the lottery within the game itself by using in-game mechanics to select winners. For example, you could invite all participants to a specific location and have them perform actions in the game to earn a lottery ticket (like trading a specific item). Once the event ends, you can randomly select the winner from the participants.
5. Set Up a Secure Payment System for Entry Fees
If you’re running a Fallout 76 caps lottery where participants pay to enter, you’ll need a secure and reliable way to handle these transactions. While Fallout 76 doesn’t have a built-in marketplace for handling caps, you can coordinate this by creating a simple process that ensures everyone’s caps are safely exchanged.
Trade Window: In the game, players can trade caps through the trade window. Once a player decides to enter the lottery, they can send the caps to you, the organizer. It's best to verify each entry before drawing the winner.
Tracking Entries: For larger lotteries, using external tools (like a Google Spreadsheet or Discord bot) to track entries will help you keep an accurate record of who entered and when. This can prevent confusion or disputes down the line.
6. Promote Your Lottery System
Once you’ve got your Fallout 76 caps lottery system in place, you’ll want to make sure people know about it. Here are a few ways to promote your lottery:
Social Media: If you’re part of larger Fallout 76 communities on platforms like Reddit or Twitter, share details about your lottery system there. Be sure to include information on the prizes, entry fee, and draw date to get people excited.
Discord Servers: If you have a dedicated Fallout 76 Discord server, set up a channel specifically for your lottery. This will help players stay up-to-date on the latest draws, prizes, and rules. You can even use bots to automate announcements and reminders.
In-Game Advertising: Use the in-game bulletin boards or personal messages to advertise your lottery. While it’s a bit more limited, it’s still a good way to inform the players who are actively participating in the game.
7. Maintain Fairness and Transparency
To keep your Fallout 76 caps lottery system running smoothly, it’s essential to maintain fairness and transparency. Ensure all players have an equal chance of winning and communicate clearly about the process. If a player feels like the system is unfair or opaque, it can lead to dissatisfaction or even fraud.
Publish Results: After each lottery draw, publish the names of the winners and their prizes. This builds credibility and trust in your system.
Resolve Disputes: In case of any issues or disputes, have a clear policy in place to resolve them. Communication is key when handling issues in any system.
By following these steps, you can create a Fallout 76 caps lottery system that’s both exciting and fair for all participants. Whether you’re giving away rare loot, Fallout 76 caps for sale, or simply creating a fun experience for your community, your lottery can become a highlight of the game for everyone involved.
